The Black Chronos customer service is available to you in case you have technical problems with the product.

Before contacting our customer service

Please read through the technical troubleshooting page before getting in touch. Make sure that the system requirements are met and that DirectX 9, OpenAL and the most recent drivers for your graphics and sound cards have been installed.

You should make a note of the following information before getting in touch:

• Brand and model of the PC
• Type of processor
• Operating system including version number (e.g. Windows® XP Service Pack 2)
• RAM
• Information about graphics and sound cards and their drivers

The Black Chronos customer service is free of charge. Unfortunately, support via phone and fax is currently not available. In case technical issues occur you can reach us via email or via the Black Chronos community, where competent staff and players will be able to assist you in solving the problems.
